WASHINGTON (Reuters) C The top Democrat in the U.S. House of Representatives mentioned on Friday which she hopes Congress can pass legislation bringing up the U.Ohydrates. debt ceiling after July without earning the issue a major issue of debate or relating its passage to many other measures.
